The method comprises the following steps: analyzing an operation strategy based on NB-IOT to obtain all states and all operation communication codes of the NB-IOT; decoding to obtain an instruction data decoding set of the state of the NB-IOT and an instruction data decoding set of the operation communication code; collecting instruction data decoding of the current state of the NB-IOT and an instruction data decoding subset of the operation communication code of the current state; updating the current state of the NB-IOT to obtain instruction data decoding of the next state of the NB-IOT; updating the operation communication code according to instruction data decoding of the next state of the NB-IOT and an instruction data decoding set of the operation communication code to obtain an instruction data decoding subset of the operation communication code of the next state of the NB-IOT; and running the updating of the current state of the NB-IOT and the updating of the communication code until the NB-IOT is finished to obtain NB-IOT data. Through calculation of decoding of the instruction data of the NB-IOT state and the operation communication code in the method, the technical problem that in the prior art, the speed of collecting the NB-IOT data is low is solved.
