According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device for controlling a real IoT device in a virtual environment comprises: an IoT device control device connected to IoT devices through one network to control the IoT devices; a VR environment control device providing an interaction for controlling an IoT device in accordance with a hand motion of a user in a virtual environment, and transmitting a control signal which controls the IoT device based on a setting which the user has changed by the interaction; and a linking device linking the IoT device control device and the VR environment control device.
