According to an embodiment of the present invention, the communications method comprises the steps of: transmitting, by the user terminal, a connection request message on the basis of IR; receiving, by the IoT device, the connection request message on the basis of IR; determining, by the IoT device, validity of the connection request message; broadcasting, by the IoT device, a connection allowance message including a MAC address of the IoT device and a MAC address of the user terminal to a non-connection channel of WiFi when a validity determination result is valid; sweeping, by the user terminal, all channels of the WiFi; receiving, by the user terminal, the connection allowance message broadcasted in the non-connection channel of the WiFi; broadcasting, by the user terminal, a command message to the non-connection channel; receiving, by the IoT device, the command message broadcasted to the non-connection channel; executing, by the IoT device, a command included in the command message and broadcasting a result message including the result therefrom to the non-connection channel; and receiving, by the user terminal, the result message broadcasted to the non-connection channel.
