The IoT self-creation service platform is connected to the IoT cloud platform; the IoT cloud platform is connected to the IoT cloud control gateway; IoT communication processors are respectively provided on the IoT cloud control gateway and an IoT terminal and used for implementing communications through an IoT private wireless protocol. In addition, the invention further provides a method based on the IoT platform creation system.
