The present invention relates to a blockchain-based Internet of Things data transmission method including: a step of generating encrypted IoT data corresponding to IoT data using a first public key of an IoT device and sensor, a second public key of an IoT gateway, and a third public key of a base station in a case where the IoT data collected at the IoT device and sensor is to be transmitted; a step of performing 1-1st decryption with a second private key of the IoT gateway in a case where the encrypted IoT data is transmitted to the IoT gateway; a step of transmitting first decryption IoT data from the IoT gateway to the base station in a case where the decryption at the IoT gateway is valid; a step of acquiring the IoT data by receiving the first decryption IoT data at the base station and performing 1-2nd decryption with a third private key of the base station; and a step of performing blockchain-based storage at an edge server in a case where the IoT data acquired through the base station is received at the edge server.
