The present invention relates to a block chain-based system and method for multiple security authentication between a mobile terminal and an IoT device, whereby, when the remote-controlling of an IoT device is attempted through a user terminal, the validity of the user terminal may be authenticated on the basis of a block chain, and hacking associated with the IoT remote-controlling may be prevented. The block chain-based system and method for multiple security authentication between a mobile terminal and an IoT device, according to the present invention, are based on: an IoT device; a user terminal for remote-controlling the operation of the IoT device; and an authentication server for approving the controlling of the IoT device by the user terminal. The authentication server, according to the present invention, comprises: a first function for recording, on a block chain, information associated with a registration hash value; a second function for, when a request for an approval for controlling the IoT device is received, receiving an authentication hash value generated by the user terminal, and determining the validity of the authentication hash value by using the information associated with the registration hash value recorded on the block chain; and a third function for, if the authentication hash value is valid as a result of the determining, approving the controlling of the IoT device by the user terminal. The information associated with the registration hash value, according to the present invention, is information associated with a first hash, information associated with a second hash or information associated with a hash having the first hash and the second hash mixed ("mixed hash" hereinafter).
