The invention discloses an automatic scheduling system of a power system. The automatic scheduling system comprises data collection, communication, man-machine dialogue, a host computer and advanced application software. Data collection and communication use a power system state monitoring device based on NB-IoT. The power system state monitoring device based on NB-IoT is provided with a number ofmonitoring nodes. Monitored information is wirelessly uploaded to a background host. Each monitoring node devices comprises a disconnection monitor, a GPS positioning module, a transmission power monitor, a control circuit and an NB-IoT node device, and the NB-IoT node device transmits information to the background. The information passes through the NB-IoT node device, a gateway processing module, an NB-IoT routing base stations and the Internet in turn, and finally comes to the host, so as to realize data acquisition and data communication. The information is transmitted to the background through the NB-IoT node device. When the automatic scheduling system is used, due to multiple NB-IoT nodes, more detection points can be laid, and the reference information data are more complete.
