AUTOMATIC FAULT SENSING SYSTEM FOR MECHANICAL PARKING EQUIPMENT USING IoT APPARATUS

The present invention relates to an automatic fault sensing system for mechanical parking equipment using an IoT apparatus, configured to make the IoT apparatus preset and store an output manner for each manufacturer and analyze fault signals according to an output manner matched with a connected programmable logic controller (PLC) for making it possible to interlinking with various PLCs having different sets of implementation logic and codes for each manufacturer, thereby enhancing interlinking property and at the same time saving manufacturing costs; configured to make the IoT apparatus analyze the fault signals outputted from the PLCs and primarily inspect the fault of a corresponding PLC whereas a control center server secondarily inspects the fault of the corresponding PLC, thereby enhancing correctness and reliability in determining the fault; configured to make the IoT apparatus control an operation for resetting the connected PLC for resetting the corresponding PLC in the case of detecting a fault kind, thereby making it possible performing a rapid site response to a fault to minimize damages caused by the fault; and configured to make the IoT apparatus check states of communications with the control center server by using a ping test publicly known and in the case of determining that a communication fault occurs, reset itself, thereby reducing errors caused by a temporary load of the IoT apparatus to drastically enhance fault recovery efficiency.
