The invention provides an airport carrier positioning system based on LoRa and NB-IoT. The airport carrier positioning system comprises a carrier terminal, an indoor LoRa beacon, an NB-IoT base station, a hardware management platform, an application management platform and a user terminal. The main control MCU module of the carrier terminal is connected with an outdoor Beidou positioning module, an indoor LoRa receiving module, a vibration sensor module and an NB-IoT communication module, receives the external position information, the indoor position information and the state information, andexchanges information data with the NB-IoT communication module; the NB-IoT communication module packages the information data and reports the information data to the NB-IoT base station; and the NB-IoT communication module transmits the information data to a hardware management platform in a transparent manner, repackages the information data, outputs the repackaged information data to an application management platform and transmits information to a user through a user terminal, and the NB-IoT communication module preferentially packages and reports the outdoor position information data andthe state information data to the NB-IoT base station. According to the invention, the position of the carrier terminal is accurately positioned through double positioning modes of outdoor Beidou positioning and indoor LoRa beacon. And the use states of all carriers in an external field are known in real time, and the working efficiency is improved.
