Accessing of an IOT gateway has no requirement for the version of the IOT gateway, and IOT cloud platform resources can be saved. The method includes the steps of accessing UE for installing MAPP and the IOT gateway to be connected into a same local area network, the UE obtaining the address of the IOT gateway to be connected, an IOT cloud platform assigning a corresponding unique accessing identifier to the MAPP of the UE, the UE providing the address of the IOT cloud platform and the assigned accessing identifier to the IOT gateway with known address, the IOT gateway sending a register message containing the accessing identifier to the IOT cloud platform, the IOT cloud platform binding the IOT gateway sending the register message with the MAPP, of which the register message contains the accessing identifier, and completing the IOT gateway accessing. The accessing method, device and system are applicable to IOT gateway accessing.
