The specific solution comprises: by means of a UE installed with an MAPP and an IOT gateway to be connected accessing an identical local area network, the UE acquiring an address of the IOT gateway to be connected; and the IOT cloud platform allocating, to the MAPP in the UE, the unique access identifier corresponding thereto, the UE providing the address of the IOT cloud platform and the allocated access identifier for the IOT gateway which has obtained the address, the IOT gateway allowing the access identifier to be contained in an registration message and sending same to the IOT cloud platform, and the IOT cloud platform binding the IOT gateway sending the registration message to the MAPP corresponding to the access identifier included in the registration message, thereby completing the IOT gateway access. The present invention is applied to IOT gateway access.
