The system includes a device terminal, a network and a client terminal. A computer technology, an automatic control technology, an internet technology, a cloud terminal technology, a mobile technology, a visual view screen technology and a marketing mode are integrated for realizing a smart farm and agricultural supply side transformation so as to develop agriculture with high gain, high reliability and good experience by adopting an agriculture plus mobile internet mode. The smart farm client terminal realizes functions of compiling control strategies based on agricultural growth rules, online monitoring, IoT control, view screen video-on-demand, online charging, a dating site, a guessing and bidding platform and the like.
