The system comprises a monitoring layer, a transmission layer, a management layer and a cloud server, wherein the monitoring layer is connected with the management layer through the transmission layer, the monitoring layer is also connected with the cloud server through the transmission layer, the management layer is connected with the cloud server, the monitoring layer comprises a sensor control module, an agricultural monitoring sensor network and an animal husbandry monitoring sensor network, and the agricultural monitoring sensor network and the animal husbandry monitoring sensor network are connected with a sensor control module. According to the invention, environment information, crop growth information, livestock growth information and breeding personnel information in an agriculture and animal husbandry breeding environment are acquired and uploaded through the monitoring layer, and the acquired sensor information is manually and intelligently analyzed through the management layer and the cloud server, so that the breeding personnel are assisted in agriculture andanimal husbandry breeding and management, the agriculture and animal husbandry breeding effect is improved, the agriculture and animal husbandry breeding yield is increased, and agriculture and animalhusbandry breeding management is simplified.
