The device consists of a camera, a meteorological sensor, a soil moisture sensor, a site embedded industrial computer, a Beidou gateway, a Beidou terminal, a Beidou director of a control center room and a host machine. The device is used for collecting agriculture and animal husbandry site monitoring image data, meteorological data and soil moisture data in real time under a condition of no mobile communication network, and finally restoring required agriculture and animal husbandry site monitoring images according to image mesh-division parameters set by agriculture and animal husbandry management personnel in a control center room, thus providing most visual image data, meteorological data and soil moisture data for agriculture and animal husbandry staff, and judging the distribution density and color shade of other crops such as pasture in a region. Since the hoist machine gives different image division parameters, resolved site screenshot precisions are different, and the hoist machine can determine mesh-division parameters to be issued according to needs, and realize a precision-adjustable control mode .
