The invention provides a multifunctional agriculture and forestry monitoring system comprising an artificial intelligence cloud device, an information management and control device, an information detection device, and an information application device. The artificial intelligence cloud device is used to receive an agriculture and forestry problem request signal and agriculture and forestry detection information for big data analysis processing, and is used to output agriculture and forestry problem processing data. The information management and control device is used to receive the agriculture and forestry problem processing data, the agriculture and forestry detection information, the agriculture and forestry problem request signal, a video signal, and first voice information, and is used to output the agriculture and forestry detection information, control information, the agriculture and forestry problem processing data, and second voice information. The information detection device is used to receive the control information, and is used to output the agriculture and forestry detection information. The information application device is used to receive the control information and the agriculture and forestry problem processing data, and is used to output the first voice information, the agriculture and forestry problem request signal, and the video signal. The multifunctional agriculture and forestry monitoring system is advantageous in that agriculture and forestry technology regional sharing is improved, and for crops grown on soil, by combining soil and water quality with the growth habits of the crops, the growth cycles, the product ingredients, and the nutrient contents of the above mentioned crops are determined and predicted, and quality information is fed back to APP users and workers for big data accumulation on a cloud.
