The agriculture intelligent spraying system includes an intelligent module, a water source box, a vehicle body, a driving portion for driving the vehicle body to travel, a water tank, a spraying portion, and a barrier avoidance portion, wherein the water tank, the spraying portion and the barrier avoidance portion are arranged on the vehicle body. The agriculture intelligent spraying method includes: 1) detecting the soil humidity; 2) determining if water spraying is needed or not according to the detected soil humidity, and performing a step 3) if so; and 3) allowing the vehicle body to travel, and spraying water out of a nozzle. The agriculture intelligent spraying system is simple in structure, can efficiently, rapidly and effectively perform agriculture spraying work, and can achieve mechanical automatic and intelligent facility agriculture spraying. The agriculture intelligent spraying method can achieve automatic agriculture spraying process, can control the spraying amount by coupling the relation between the spraying amount and the vehicle travel speed, can allow the optimal spraying amount of crops, and can improve the spraying effect; and a client can perform remote monitoring on the spraying process in real time, and can improve the automatic level of the spraying process.
