The method comprises the following steps: 1) adopting a wire rope penetrating cement column row type planting method; 2) selecting land with soil Ph value being 7.0 to 7.8 for planting; 3) selecting thick and fruited excellent seedlings being more than three years old, placing the seedlings at a cool ventilating position for 3 days and drying the wound, wherein the length of the seedlings is from 30cm to 50cm; 4) keeping temperature at 25-30 DEG C, seedling interval at 25cm-30cm and planting depth of 3cm to 5cm, disinfecting before planting, planting in the middle of high ridge and fixing; 5) selecting a new branch which exuberantly grows as a main seedling till the new branch grows to 18-22cm and cutting off the redundant branches; 6) plugging the top of the main seedling and branching till the main seedling grows to 28-32cm on the wire rope; 7) artificially pollinating in the flowering period; 8) watering before rooting, applying organic fertilizer after rooting and additionally applying potash fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer in the blossom and fruit periods; and 9) preventing and controlling pests. The planting method can be adopted for guaranteeing the high yield, high sugar degree and high quality of dragon fruit.
