Fuente: WIPO "organic farming" ABSTRACT:The present disclosure proposes a method for preparing a biofertilizer formulation to enhance soil fertility and crop productivity. Initially, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphorus-solubilizing fungi, and potassium-mobilizing bacteria are cultured under optimized conditions. Next, the cultured microorganisms are mixed with a biodegradable carrier matrix. In particular, the biodegradable carrier matrix is composed of natural materials selected from the group consisting of alginate, starch, cellulose, chitosan, and their derivatives. Next, the mixture is encapsulated into granules or pellets to achieve the bioferilizer formulation and the bioferilizer formulation is dried and packed for storage and application. Later, the biofertilizer formulation is applied to the soil at a dosage of 10-50 kg per hectare. Finally, the soil is irrigated to activate the gradual release of the microorganisms for nutrient mobilization and plant growth stimulation.
