According to the present invention, the agent for promoting growth can be applied to various plants, crops, fruit trees, and the like, provides excellent effects of root colonization and growth promotion merely by spraying the agent during early stages of growth, and has excellent storage stability since the activity of the live bacteria is maintained even when stored for several years.
