Fuente: WIPO "organic farming" The invention defines a method for obtaining an organic enzyme extract from brewing waste which is carried out by "one-pot" synthesis and which comprises the steps of: (a) adding to the waste in the form of suspension a concentrated base to adjust the pH thereof; (b) subjecting the mixture obtained in step (a) to a super-atmospheric pressure and high temperature; and (c) subjecting the mixture obtained in step (b) to an enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain an organic enzyme extract. This method makes it possible to obtain extracts with high bio-stimulant and bio-fertilizer capacity and high bio-absorption capacity for animals and plants, so they are especially useful for organic farming and animal feed.
