The present invention relates to a method for preparing dumplings with mushrooms. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: preparing a mushroom mixture by grinding and mixing Sparassis crispa, Hericium erinaceus, and Cordyceps sinensis; washing and grinding chicken meat; preparing first dumpling fillings by using leeks, cabbages, sweet potato noodles, onions, and scallions; mixing second dumpling fillings by mixing the ground chicken mean and the first dumpling fillings prepared in advance; preparing mushroom dumpling fillings by mixing the mushroom mixture with the second dumpling fillings at a mass ratio of 0.8 to 1.2 : 20 to 50; and preparing dumplings by filling the mushroom dumpling fillings in dumpling sheets. According to the present invention, the dumplings are prepared with chicken meat unlike conventionally prepared dumplings. The dumpling fillings are prepared by mixing the Sparassis crispa, Hericium erinaceus, and Cordyceps sinensis mixed at a predetermined ratio and the chicken meat in order to recode or remove the unique odor of chicken meat, thereby enabling any consumer to eat the dumplings without objection. The present invention can also provide novel dumplings with different taste from commonly prepared dumplings for consumers looking for such dumplings with different taste. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
