Fuente: WIPO "organic farming" The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing scorched rice containing extracts of Hericium erinaceum. The method comprises the following steps: washing brown rice or white rice with purified water to obtain clean polished rice; mixing 5 to 10 parts by weight of the extracts of Hericium erinaceum with the clean polished rice on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the purified water to be immersed and soaking the mixture for 1-3 hours; cooking the soaked rice to cook rice; applying 5 to 7 parts by weight of oil to the inside of a scorched rice cooker on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the cooked rice, adding the rice into a scorched rice molding machine and uniformly heating the entire of the molding machine to manufacture the scorched rice; taking out the scorched rice and drying the scorched rice at the temperature of 30 to 50 deg;C for 4 to 6 hours; and sterilizing the scorched rice at the temperature of 5 to 10 deg;C and vacuum packing the scorched rice. The purpose of this study is to provide the scorched rice which contains the extracts of Hericium erinaceum, which manufactures harmful substances contained in rice and at the same time gives a savory flavor.
