Fuente: WIPO "organic farming" The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing parched rice containing an extract of hericium erinaceum, the method comprising: a step of obtaining clean polished rice by washing brown rice or white rice with purified water; a step of mixing 100 parts by weight of the clean polished rice and 1-20 parts by weight of the extract of the hericium erinaceum based on 100 parts by weight of the purified water, and submerging the same during 1-3 hours; a step of mixing 1-2 parts by weight of nut products in the 100 parts by weight of the submerged rice; a step of manufacturing the parched rice of a thickness of 2-10 mm by filling the submerged rice mixed with the nut products in a parched rice forming device made of brass or a brass sheet, and heating and pressurizing the same during 8-14 minutes at 350-400 deg;C and 5-10 kg/cm2; a step of controlling a water content included in the parched rice to be 10-15% by drying the parched rice at 30-50 deg;C during 4-6 hours and supplying 40 deg;C air to the parched rice during 5-10 minutes; and a step of sterilizing the parched rice at 5-10 deg;C and vacuum-packing the parched rice.
