The present invention relates to a pellet feed for domestic animals and a manufacturing method which uses organic farming ingredients like soybean residue discharged from a process of manufacturing tofu. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of organic farming feeds using soybean residue comprises the steps of inoculating a fermented EM solution and an EM microorganism to a soybean residue and fermenting the same; mixing a crushed mixture of rice bran, Chinese medicine residue, Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara powder, wheat and vitamins with the fermented soybean residue; adding a viscous solution made from a type of seaweed to the same; and making the pellet thereby. In the present invention, a huge amount of soybean residue discharged from the process is mixed with soybean residue fermented by using the fermented EM solution and the EM microorganism at the proper ratio and accordingly makes the pellets with the use of the viscous solution as a binder, leading to feed with a good capacity for storing, supplying and mixing with other feed. According to the present invention, the organic farming feed for domestic animals uses other byproducts and a huge amount of soybean residue discharged from the process of manufacturing tofu as feed sources; is eco-friendly; provides an organic farming pellet feed by using natural seaweed as a binder with no use of artificial materials or synthetic materials; and is used for mass-producing nutrient-rich organic farming feeds at affordable prices without any technological difficulties in the fermentation process.
