More specifically the present invention relates to a Cordyceps militaris cultivation method and a Cordyceps militaris extracting method which inoculate Cordyceps militaris by using insects as a medium, cultivate the same and extract the same, followed by filtrating the same by a filtration method to establish optimum culture temperature, the number of culture days, and an optimum extraction method to extract cordycepin, thereby being able to maximize the extraction of high-content, and high-purity codycepin.
