Specifically, the present invention confirms that the cordycepin content of cordyceps militaris has a high correlation with the fat specific gravity of the insect medium and oleic acid has a high correlation with the cordycepin content, thereby suggesting a method for culturing cordyceps militaris containing a high content of cordycepin.
