The promoter does not contain any chemical substance forbidden by the organic agriculture or the green agriculture. The promoter (microelement fertilizer) has the characteristics of safety, broad-spectrum insect prevention, strong roots and seeds, durable growth promotion and the like. The tourmaline plant growth promoter is prepared by mixing tourmaline fine powder, food-grade chitosan or chitosan oligosaccharide and auxiliary materials. The tourmaline plant growth promoter has the advantages of: making full of tourmaline resources, particularly the tourmaline resources with less value and low grade; providing the efficient and safe plant growth promoter (microelement fertilizer) for the organic agriculture or the green agriculture; and improving the competitiveness of agricultural products.
