The collection of the renewable energy resource is organically combined with a facility building, and the building design and the arrangement of the collection of the renewable energy resource simultaneously meet the requirements of the agriculture, the breeding, planting and cultivating are performed at different regions; in this way, the integrated design of the renewable energy resource collection, the facility building and the facility agriculture is realized, thereby realizing that renewable energy resource based facility agriculture substitutes the conventional energy resource based facility agriculture. A heat energy and electric energy collection system arranged on the facility building is adopted to provide electric energy and heat energy for the facility agriculture; the region corresponding to the region of the heat collection of the renewable energy resource is a light penetration or semi-light penetration roof, and planting crops needing sunshine are planted or the live stocks needing sunshine are bred in a corresponding building; and the roof of the region corresponding to the electric energy of the renewable energy resource is a non-transparent roof, and fungi which do not need sunshine are cultured or the live stocks which do not need sunshine are bred at the region of the corresponding building.
