According to the method for preparing organic manure by exploiting agriculture waste, various poultry excrements and agriculture wastes are separately fermented, leavening agent and enzyme microorganism by target are applied, fermentation efficiency is improved and time is saved, the differences of nutrition material types and contents contained in various poultry excrements and agriculture wastes are fully considered, appropriate proportions of different poultry excrements and agriculture wastes obtained by fermentation are selected upon different carbonic oxide ratios and then mixed, obtaining organic material with balanced carbon nitrogen ratio, the method for preparing organic manure by exploiting agriculture waste works without organic manure, saves cost for preparing organic manure, increases the exploitation rate of material.
