The novel active agriculture and forestry charcoal micro-nano composite soil conditioning agent is prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 40 to 60 percent of micro-nano active agriculture and forestry charcoal and 40 to 60 percent of other auxiliary materials, wherein the auxiliary materials are prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 25 to 35 percent of agriculture and forestry biomass waste, 15 to 35 percent of nonmetal oxysalt ore, 15 to 30 percent of natural macromolecular organic matterand 15 to 30 percent of traditional Chinese medicine. The prepared novel active agriculture and forestry charcoal micro-nano composite soil conditioning agent has relatively good soil pesticide, heavy metal harmful residue in-situ repair functions; the efficacy of soil fertility improvement and plant disease and insect pest prevention and control can be achieved.
