The cannabinoid compounds can include one or more of cannabidol ("CBD"), cannabichromene ("CBC"), cannabigerol ("CBG"), cannabinol ("CBN"), cannabicyclol ("CBL"), cannabidivarin ("CBDV"), cannabigerivarin ("CBGV"), and cannabicyclolic acid ("CBLA") and variants thereof. The cannabinoid compounds can be antagonists to the receptors CHRM2, EDG3, and MRGPRX2. Compositions and articles including the cannabinoid compounds are further disclosed.
