The system is supported on a surrounding frame for ease of transport from a storage facility to the bed of a production truck, and all electrical power required for operation of the system is included with the unit. Further, the system provides a heating recirculation feature so that the unit continues to function at temperatures below the freezing point. The system may also be aligned for a closed system, wherein water is taken from a storage tank, pumped into a decontamination enclosure, and recycled back to the storage tank after purification within the system. The system is also provided with a small standby pump to circulate water throughout the system and a plurality of heater elements to keep the system ready for immediate deployment during cold weather.
