Resistances.-An electric heating device for musical instruments comprises coils of german-silver, copper, or iron wire with asbestos, rubber, mica, or other insulation. The elements A, B each consist of germansilver wire disposed in two layers, one on each side of a strip of perforated asbestos, and mounted upon a strip of the same material.
