The present invention refers to the multi-rhizobia strains of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FBMAX11, Bacillus megaterium FBMAX18 and Paenibacillus polymyxa FBMAX19 thereof, and the use of said strains as a biofertilizer "MULTI-MAX" for enhancing rice growth and improving efficacy-use of fertilizer and in controlling plant diseases caused by fungal and bacterial diseases. Further aspects of the invention relate to methods for preparing suspensions and extracts of these strains in the formulation of biofertilizer with east to use for the agricultural crops of interest, especially in rice, cereals and vegetables. Their 16S rRNA genomic sequences about 1500 bp indicate that their host plant interaction and their ecological fitness highly conserved, thus relevant to formulate a potential biofertilizer for the first time named as "MULTI-MAX".
