Fuente: WIPO "honey" A system for honeycomb production including: at least one beehive jar with an opening into a cavity within the body portion of the beehive forming a beehive to support a queen bee and a plurality of worker bees for forming a honeycomb product; at least one lid with air holes extending across the at least one beehive jar and the cavity within the body portion of the beehive for allowing the plurality of worker bees but not the queen bee to pass through into the at least one beehive jar; and wherein the beehive jar can be used for transporting the honeycomb product; whereby the system of honeycomb production provides a means of making and storing and transporting honeycomb within a jar while creating a safe and stable environment for the bees to ensure the honey is free from insects or pathogens.
