The honey storage tank comprises a storage tank and a constant temperature device installed in the lower end of the storage tank; a feeding valve is installed on the top surface of the storage tank; a discharge valve and a mechanical pressure valve are installed at the lower end of the left side surface of the storage tank; an inner cavity is formed in the storage tank; a metal partition plate and a temperature sensor are installed at the lower end of the inner cavity; and a constant temperature device placing cavity is formed below the metal partition plate. According to the technical scheme of the invention, as for the honey storage tank with the constant temperature function, the power is supplied for the whole device through an external power supply; in addition, through the constant temperature device similar to an air conditioner, a stirring column is driven by a drive motor to stir honey in the tank to prevent the honey from solidifying; and the temperature in the tank is detected through the temperature sensor and then is regulated to reach the purpose of constant temperature.
