The invention relates to a seasonal method intended for a period of time between one month and four months and to an apicultural kit named skep, meant to be employed to obtain honey in natural honeycombs, even by unspecialized persons, the method aiming at producing honey in natural honeycombs and giving incentive to current apiculture by creating apicultural services. According to the invention, the method consists in creating a network of apicultural accredited units from which interested persons can purchase the swarm of bees along with the apicultural kit suitably packaged by the specialists in the field, in order for it to be transported to the selected meliferous area, at the harvesting time the purchaser being intended to come back with the closed beehive, for exploiting the bees family and harvesting the honeycombs, where the apicultural units which are part of the network are able to lend specialized advice for cost optimization in the honey production activity, as well as for calibrating the swarms of bees in connection with the potential of the meliferous areas of interest. The apicultural kit, as claimed by the invention, is an enclosure made of food-compatible material, such as stainless steel, plastics or other materials, heat- and rain-insulated, which has a stand and a bee entrance/bee-family closing system, a suitable venting system and to which a pollen collector may be attached, a handle for transportation purposes and a landing board, the apicultural kit mainly consisting of a stand and two vertical parts which can be assembled/disassembled so that, by detaching the two halves of the skep, it allows the honeycombs to be harvested.
