Fuente: WIPO "apiculture" PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apicultural box capable of preventing entry of instar larvae of Galleria mellonella into a hive board or a hive frame for preventing insect damage applied to the hive board and achieving preferable yield in overwintering.SOLUTION: In a beehive, at least two support rods are provided in a parallel state. An end part of a hive frame is hooked to the support rods. At the time, the support rods comes into line-contact/point-contact with the hive frame. When the end part of the hive frame is hooked to the support rods, a state in which the hive frame is suspended inside of the beehive is maintained. Contact between the hive frame and the beehive is minimized, therefore, even when instar larvae of Galleria mellonella enter an apicultural box, the instar larvae cannot arrive at a hive board or the hive frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
