To achieve the purpose, the apicultural beehive includes a case and partitions. The case has an internal space formed to store a plurality of queen bees and a plurality of groups of working bees following the queen bees. The partitions divide the internal space of the case so that the queen bees and the working bees are stored in different parts of the internal space in accordance with subordinate relationships. In particular, a space frame forming the internal space of the case includes first and second entrances to induce the queen bees and the working bees to enter the different parts of the internal space in accordance with subordinate relationships, and an entry guide having a predetermined length is connected to the second entrance.
