SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of combined processing products of apiculture and sea products, in part, to preparing the curative-prophylactic preparation "VINIBIS-C" from bee bread and ascorbic acid powder. Method involves product drying in vacuum chamber at heating to 45 C, not above, under pressure 100 mm of mercury column, not above. Before drying in vacuum chamber the preliminary drying of raw by convective method is carried out up to humidity index 15%, not above. Obtained raw is disinfected, cooled and bee bread is extracted at 0-5 C. Then product is mixed with ascorbic acid powder and ground to obtain the homogeneous powder. EFFECT: increased economy, output, safety of method, ecologically pure product with maximal level of biologically active properties. 1 dwg
