After ultrasound breakage obtained mass is neutralized with hydrochloric acid solution and sodium bicarbonate up to pH 7.0-7.2 followed by enzyme hydrolysis by using pancreas enzyme in amount of 300 g per 1 l of medium. Neutralized hydrolysate in centrifuged at 3 rpm for 5 min. Supernatant is bottled, sealed and autoclaved for 1 h at 120°C.EFFECT: method providing full enzyme hydrolysis, accelerated Spirochaeta growth and development.5 ex
