Fecha de publicación: 18/07/2005 Fuente: WIPO "apiculture" PURPOSE: Provided is a method for detecting pesticides by using AChE(acetylcholine esterase), thereby rapidly and cheaply detecting pesticides remained in vegetables and fruits.CONSTITUTION: The method for detecting pesticides by using AChE(acetylcholine esterase) comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing a sample of agricultural products, and dissolving the pulverized sample in organic solvent; (b) adding the dissolved sample into an AChE solution, and adding ATChI as a substrate of AChE; and (c) measuring absorbance of the reaction solution to measure inhibition activity of AChE, wherein the AChE is obtained from honey.© KIPO 2006
