Apparatus has two endless belts arranged one opposite another and positioned between related pairs of receiving and discharge drums. Both belts are equipped with flexible rods having shape conforming to that of cells produced. Pair of discharge drums are adapted for applying compressive force to both surfaces of comb produced for the purpose of separating rods from comb cell walls.EFFECT: enhanced reliability in securing of two half-combs to one another and reduced labor intensity for manufacture thereof.6 cl, 7 dwg
