The aim of the present innovation is to support people of villages and individuals practicing apiculture. Now a days, increasing the productivity of honey and protecting the bee population is found to be rare task. The present innovation help in increasing the quality attributes such as the colour, total solids, viscosity, pH, diastase activity, acidity, sugars, ash, nitrogen, total antioxidants, hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) content and microbial properties. The proposed invention continuously monitor the honey broods using an image processing tool by which the capping and uncapping of honey is estimated, and we also monitor the humidity level inside the brood box to ensure the quality of honey by using humidity sensor, moisture level of the honey brood is also been determined with the help of moisture sensor and these are i.e. the humidity and moisture level of the honey brood is indicated to the bee keeper through a GSM module. Further according to the beekeepers, a good rule of thumb is to not extract the honey unless at least 75 % of the cells in the honey combs are capped. Also, whenever while extracting the honey from the honey comb one uncapped honey frame for every three capped frames of honey, the overall moisture content will tend to be below the level where fermentation will occur. With the help of image processing and the sensors such as like humidity sensor and moisture sensor the production of the honey is increased that is due to the honey bees. Due to this the count of the bees are increased. The pollination rate increases significantly as the count of the honey bees got increased. Resulting in more number of floras around the area of production contributing for a healthy environment.
