More specifically, the bee brush device for apiculture, which brushes aside bees adhering on a surface of a comb, is directly installed in an upper side of a beehive to be used. Also, a body having a bee brush unit formed therein is made to be able to reciprocate along a length direction of the beehive, so work efficiency is improved, and a bee brushed aside from the comb can directly fall to the beehive. According to the present invention, bee brush device has a pair of rotated bee brush units disposed therein, and allows bee adhering on a surface of a comb to be swept away by the bee brush units. The bee brush device comprises: a hollow body having the bee brush units formed to be rotated; a box body installation unit integrally formed in one side of the body, driven by a driving signal therein, and having a driving unit formed therein to rotate the bee brush units; and a frame body mounting unit put on an upper side of a beehive accommodating the comb while being formed in a lower part of the body. The body is formed to be connected to an upper side of the mounting unit using a moving member as a medium to be able to reciprocate from one side to the other side direction of the mounting unit.
