A second indication to suspend the event is determined to be received from one or more second devices associated with a second entity utilizing a second resource management software. The second indication to suspend the event indicates a modification to both the first data file associated with the first resource management software and a second data file associated with the second resource management software. Based on determining to suspend the event, the outbound resource outbound source is rerouted and the first resource management software is instructed to modify the first resource indicator to correspond to a modification to a second resource indicator associated with an inbound resource stored in the second data file.
