The royal jelly wall-breaking process is mainly characterized by comprising the following steps: coarsely screening fresh royal jelly which meets the international standards with 70-mesh filter cloth to preliminarily remove impurities in the royal jelly; adding the screened royal jelly into a temperature-control type three-stage ultramicro wall-breaking and sealing movable mill; adding the royal jelly into the three-stage ultramicro wall-breaking and sealing movable mill and directly introducing the royal jelly into a primary coarse-grinding region; sucking the royal jelly raw materials which are transferred by a coarse grinding region through a material sucking fan blade into a working region of a fine grinding region; and after being finely grinded, directly transferring the royal jelly raw materials in the third-stage ultramicro grinding region into a high-speed grinding region. The royal jelly wall-breaking process has the advantages that the characteristic that the royal jelly is not dissolved in water is improved, so that a semi-humid state is formed on the surfaces of micro particles; stable particle clusters are formed among the micro particles and each particle cluster comprises royal jelly components of the same proportion, so that the nutritional ingredients quickly enter a human body, and the nutritional and health effect of the royal jelly is improved by multiple times or dozens of times.
