The invention relates to a royal jelly liquid product preparation method. Aiming at a problem of poor uniformity of royaljelly acid in a royal jelly liquid product, liquid comprising royal jelly is subjected to circulated shearing crushing under high temperature and a completely sealed environment under jacket circulation cooling. For preventing a problem of ultrafine particle sinking or floating caused by different relative density of the entire product, according to a Stokes sedimentation principle, liquid product relative density is regulated, such that royaljelly acid processed through circulated shearing crushing is stably suspended in the liquid product, and royaljelly acid consistency and uniformity in the entire product is ensured. Aiming at a problem of biological activity loss of royal jelly under high temperature, before the royal jelly is added, other components in the liquid product besides the royal jelly are sterilized and cooled to below room temperature; a coolant is circulated on the outside; royal jelly is added under a completely sealed environment; and circulated shearing crushing is carried out under a completely sealed and low-temperature condition, such that royal jelly in the product can be uniformly distributed, and active components in royal jelly can be maintained to a maximal extent.
