The royal jelly filtering production line comprises a royal jelly diluting device and a royal jelly filtering device, wherein the royal jelly diluting device is used for diluting royal jelly to form a royal jelly diluent; and the royal jelly filtering device comprises a shaking filtering assembly, the shaking filtering assembly comprises a filter screen and a driving assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the filter screen to shake so as to filter royal jelly diluent. The invention further provides a royal jelly filtering method which is implemented by adopting the royal jelly filtering production line. By adopting the technical scheme, the royal jelly diluent obtained by mixing the collected royal jelly with water is filtered, and the diluent penetrates through the screen in a shaking manner, so that the defect that impurities are crushed into small particles and penetrate through the filter screen in an extrusion manner in the prior art is overcome, and a relatively good filtering effect can be achieved.
