The invention provides an anti-tumor Chinese medicinal preparation using lycopene and royal jelly as major ingredients and a preparation method thereof and adopts a technical scheme that: the anti-tumor Chinese medicinal preparation comprises 10 to 90 weight percent of the lycopene and 90 to 10 weight percent of the royal jelly; and the preparation method of the anti-tumor Chinese medicinal preparation comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing the royal jelly to be dried powder; (2) mixing the dried powder with the lycopene and stirring the mixture uniformly; and (3) performing subpackage to prepare capsules, troches, pills or other formulations, wherein in each capsule, the net weight of the lycopene and the royal jelly is 10 to 30 mg. A patient takes the royal jelly-containing Chinese medicament for one to three times every day and the daily dosage is about 40 mg preferably. the royal jelly-containing Chinese medicament for treating the tumors and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of strong anti-cancer and cancer-preventing effects due to the major ingredients of the lycopene and the royal jelly, low cost, simple production process and suitability for tumor patients, people living in areas with serious environmental pollution, middle-aged and elderly people with low immunity and people needing to resist oxidation and defer senility.
